1. No Guarantee of Airplay or Charting

Uploading, publishing, or distributing music or promotional materials through The 615 Hideaway / Radio Now does NOT guarantee radio airplay, streaming placement, chart position, playlist adds, downloads by any particular DJ, PRO reporting, reviews, press, or any commercial success.

Radio programmers, stations, and charts are independent third parties. Decisions about whether to listen, download, spin, report, or chart a track are solely theirs. Past activity on the Platform is not a promise of future results. Any directory listings, styles, or “reports to” tags are informational only and may be incomplete or outdated.

You acknowledge that music promotion involves inherent uncertainty and that The 615 Hideaway is a technology and distribution facilitator—not a guarantor of outcomes.

2. Third-Party Content Disclaimer — Distributor, Not Publisher

The 615 Hideaway is a platform and distributor of user-uploaded and user-managed content; it is not the publisher, label of record, or rights owner of User Content except where we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement for specific projects.

Without limitation, we are not responsible for:

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated track metadata (including ISRCs, credits, song splits, genres, or release information) supplied by users or imported from third-party sources.

• Statements, images, or claims made by artists, labels, DJs, festivals, fans, or Pub/Man users on public profiles.
• Actions or omissions of DJs, stations, PROs, charts, or other industry third parties after they receive promotional materials.

We may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful or that violates our Terms, but we undertake no general duty to pre-screen all User Content.
