Privacy & Security
Plain talk about how we handle your account and your data.
What we collect
When you join, we store your name, email, account type (fan, artist, DJ, etc.), and anything you add to your artist page. DJs and members may also get email updates if you opt in later.
How we protect it
- HTTPS everywhere — the615hideaway.com is encrypted in transit.
- Supabase Auth — passwords are hashed; we never store plain-text passwords.
- Row Level Security — your profile and draft artist page are only editable by you.
- Published artist pages only — drafts stay private until you hit Publish.
- No selling your data — we don't sell member lists to third parties.
Third-party services
We use trusted partners to run the platform:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Supabase — accounts and artist data
- Bandsintown — tour widgets (when you add your Bandsintown link)
- Resend / Zoho — email (rolling out)
- Stripe — payments for submissions and membership (rolling out)
Your control
You can sign out anytime. To update or delete your account, email sammy@the615hideaway.com and we'll take care of it.
Reporting a problem
If you see something wrong with your account or think something's been compromised, contact us right away at sammy@the615hideaway.com.
