The 615 Hideaway is live and still being built. We ship fixes often. This page keeps artists, DJs, labels, and fans in the loop — and gives you a clear way to tell us when something breaks.
Report a bug or rough edge
If something doesn't work — signup email, upload, profile, Radio Now, stage plot, anything — we want to hear it. Sammy reads these.

Stage plot is still evolving
Affects: Artists / labels (Pro)
The stage plot builder is usable (lineups, linked mics/DI/monitors, notes) but artwork and layout will keep improving. Expect look-and-feel changes.

DJ show setup must be finished for full Radio Now access
Affects: DJs
New DJ accounts may need music styles and other required show fields before Spotlight / full catalog tools unlock.
Workaround: Sign in → Account → Edit show page, complete required fields, then open Radio Now.

The band on artist pages
Artists can list musicians on their public page, between Tour Dates and Videos. Search Hideaway artists (photo + link) or write in a name, plus an optional role. Linked members get a Plays with section on their page that points back to the main band only — not the other players. Run supabase/migration-artist-band-members.sql.

Book a time to walk through the website
A public /book page embeds Sammy’s Google Calendar appointment schedule. Footer, How it works, FAQ, and the header ⋮ menu all link to it. Old /contact and /book-online URLs go there too.

Alliance: SiriusXM letter by invite + e-sign
Sammy can send an Alliance offer from Admin when a recording may get a SiriusXM add. The artist gets a short email and a hidden Artist HQ Alliance tab to read the Records Alliance letter and e-sign. Featured-artist SoundExchange share stays with the artist; the letter assigns the label/copyright-owner share to the Alliance. Helpers can read; only the page owner can sign. Signed PDF is downloadable. Run supabase/migration-alliance-offers.sql.

Followers list + optional share email
Voting on the Fans Chart now follows that artist so you stay in the loop on their new singles (no spam). After you vote or follow, you can optionally share your name, email, and role so that artist can reach you off-site. Skip the box and you still follow — they just don’t get your email. Artist / Label HQ has a Followers tab: full list for everyone, email + CSV only for people who opted in. Terms and Privacy were updated (Aug 14, 2026).

Download thank-you emails to DJs turned off
We no longer auto-email DJs after every catalog download (thanks + interview CTA). Style-matched new-single mail still runs. Less inbox noise. Re-enable later with DOWNLOAD_THANK_YOU_EMAIL=true if needed. Interview handoff can return via in-app or opt-in later.

Fans Chart ranked by total votes (no weekly wipe)
The public Fans Chart now ranks by cumulative total votes for each single while it is on the 8-week board. A run of 50 votes stays 50 the next week. You still get 3 votes per week (refill Sunday Eastern) so fans come back and add more. LW/2W show rank by total at the end of those weeks; Now is today’s total rank. Bigger fanbases may lead early — vote → follow still grows every artist’s list.

Fans Chart and Radio Now chart week: Sunday 00:00 Eastern
Both Fans Chart (votes / TW–LW) and Radio Now chart peaks now use the same week: Sunday midnight America/New_York through Saturday. Your 3 Fans Chart votes refill each Sunday. Older votes still keep their stored week labels; TW/LW may look a little odd for one transition week.

Music Hub shows released (out-now) singles only
The Music Hub fan plaza only lists singles whose street date has arrived (out now). 30-second previews and artist links stay. Singles still in the pre-street radio window do not appear on Music Hub — they stay on Radio Now for DJs and your HQ dashboard. Same idea as Fans Chart: fans discover music they can actually stream.

Fans Chart is now an 8-week chart for released singles only
Voting is for singles that are out now (street date has arrived). Each single stays on the Fans Chart for a hard 8 weeks after street date, then rotates off so the board stays fresh and competitive. Pre-street radio singles no longer appear for votes — that work stays on Radio Now. Artists still max 2 singles on the chart at once and free-era artists max 2 new radio singles per month. Vote → follow still builds your artist mailing list for street-day emails.

Reserved DJs can sign in without an invite email
Directory seats are confirmed and use a temporary password for first sign-in (shown on Join → DJ). Accept terms after login, then change password under Account. No confirmation email required.

Forgot password / set-password emails now use our main email path
“Forgot password” and invited DJ set-password links now send through the same reliable path as Radio Now invites (not the old mailer). Includes a one-tap sign-in option when needed.

Signup confirmation emails now send reliably
Confirm-your-email used an older mail path that sometimes never delivered. Accounts could be created with no email arriving. Confirmations now use the same reliable email provider as Radio Now invites. “Resend confirmation email” uses that path too.

Artist “Website” links without https:// no longer 404
Bare domains like www.example.com were treated as paths on our site. We now add https:// on save and when you click the button.

Modern Bluegrass and Progressive Bluegrass are separate styles
Artist Hub and Radio Now styles no longer lump them as one “Progressive / Modern” bucket. DJs who only had the old combined style were expanded to both where needed.

Easier path to Edit artist website
Account always goes to My Account (not only the public page or Admin). Edit artist website is in More, home shortcuts, Radio Now portal, and owner buttons on public pages.

Artist profile editor matches Radio Now form layout
Numbered sections with clear “why” copy — same feel as the single upload form.
Building in public. Features may shift as we improve Radio Now, Artist Hub, and accounts. Legal docs still live under Terms, Privacy, and Disclaimer.
