“In My Arms” - Sheila Vee Band
Direct booking through The 615 Hideaway is on the way. Use contact info below for now.
Sheila Vee is a New Jersey-based singer-songwriter and guitarist blending traditional bluegrass with Cosmic Americana, Telecaster twang, pedal steel and the freewheeling spirit of a Grateful Dead jam. A founding member of the acclaimed Magnolia Street String Band, Vee has helped carve out a distinctive place in modern bluegrass, with the band earning coverage from Bluegrass Today, The Bluegrass Situation and The Bluegrass Standard. After two albums with Magnolia Street String Band — including the 2024 family album By the Light of the Moon — Vee steps into the spotlight with Ride, her debut solo album, arriving November 6, 2026. Produced by longtime collaborator Bob Harris, Ride expands her bluegrass roots into something grittier, wilder and more personal, bringing together acclaimed players including Michael Cleveland, Rob Ickes, Scott Vestal, Andy Leftwich and Erik Holmbom alongside musicians from Vee’s own community. Drawing from bluegrass, country, folk and psychedelic jam traditions, Vee embraces what she calls “new old tunes”— music that feels familiar enough to come home to, but with something unexpected around the corner. Through Ride, she brings her own voice, perspective and sense of adventure to a genre she has long called home.
