Your Pub / Man workflow

Create your login first, then the owner invites you. Everything below is live today.

  1. Create your Pub / Man login

    Live

    Sign up as Pub / Man — your own email and password. This is not a label or artist owner account.

  2. Get invited by the owner

    Live

    Ask the label, artist, DJ, or festival owner to add your email under Team access on their login. Invites are sent from the owner account, not from yours.

  3. Refresh My Account

    After you’re invited, open My Account — delegated clients appear with links to edit their profile and catalog.

  4. Edit public profiles

    With profile access, open Edit profile for each client — bios, photos, publish settings, and festival pages.

  5. Manage Radio Now catalog

    Label and artist invites can include catalog access — upload albums and edit tracks in the Radio Now Portal.

Up to five helpers per owner

Each label, artist, DJ, or festival can have five active team members — owners manage the roster.

Tips once you're in

  • Don't sign up as Label— if you're helping an existing label, use Pub / Man and have the owner invite your email.
  • Exact email — the owner must invite the same address you used to sign up, then you refresh My Account.
  • Permissions — catalog and profile are separate; your links on My Account show what you can edit (catalog, profile, or both).
  • No insights— download stats and owner dashboards stay on the client's login, not yours.
